They dont mention that they will destroy the wildlife and beautiful, historic Galiuro mountains, I live here on River road and run a farm, small feedyard, Ive been here 8 years. Im telling you the long term effect that Faraday will have on the towns and envirement in this area will be devastating, just go look at San Manuel and what that mine did to that town and area when they moved out. Has anyone from Faraday told the town of Mammoth and san Manuel what the effect there going to have on our water table under ground once they start draining our water table around and under the San Pedro River? They say theve put out all these public meetings and communicated with area land owners. Thats a crock of shit its all been behind seens pretty much. Im at 23462 South River road the closest land owner to the Mercer Ranch they purchased as there connected nieghbor now they have not once came to me to introduce them selves or tell me there intent, for that I will be the first to pursue law suits and work along side all enviremental agencies.
Any, dust, noise, my water table going down, traffic, environmental laws broken, cattle being over stocked on this road way I will prove neglagence on the part of the mines part and there leases part for overstocking on roadway its a lawsuit waiting to happen now that the mine is allowing the open range law to persist, they better abide by no neglagence on the part of Mercers still grazing cattle there and now from the Faraday property, I will be the first to document and raise issues over none abiding by State and BLM laws when it comes to the ranch owner and sub leaser, There are laws already being broke.

Yes I see your concerns and you couldn’t make the water any worse than what we have in Mammoth already, can they? But one thing is the demographic will change maybe for the better, as far as bringing the ghost town of Mammoth, Winkelman and San Manuel, including Oracle back ? IDK, there’s Pros and Cons to everything, and the one or two ranch owners out along the river will be affected first and in different ways than town folks but I invested in the area there in Mammoth and Winkelman and could use further expansion for my business that I will operate in it? I would like to be a part of the whole conversation as well as we do gear how out of country conglomerates do come in like a ‘Bull in a China Shop’ and leave carnage and people hanging after they’ve made a few dollars?
Hopefully Faraday is not that way!

Daniel Todd Sayers – you own 80 acres, a nominal amount in this area. Your wealth was generated via a Phoenix-based landscaping business, of which is a very resource-intensive sector that is heavily dependent on mined resources. Time to grow up, drop the NIMBY attitude, and recognize that you don’t own the valley. If you don’t like it, California has plenty of options for your hobby “ranch”.
