A Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) request submitted April 10th was responded to on December 13.
Still going through the 1387 pages of documents and emails, but just want to get an update out.
A quick search into the documents found some questions and concerns about unregistered and incorrectly registered wells, Faraday drilling beneath BLM land from their private land, Faraday “owning” the monitoring wells that report ground water data and more. Even a Faraday board member contacting BLM directly.
We will try to get at least one post regarding these documents out before the holidays, so we can keep this ball rolling.
We are proud that Faraday’s team keeps up with goings on with the website, but they take issue with a recent post. Below is a snippet from a meeting request with Faraday and BLM. We removed the names because we feel better about it, and the redaction makes it look more FOIA-esque.
Another email seems to mention an “incorrect” site count. So, we updated that page to reflect the 67 not 71 drill site. Here is the link to the updated post.
BTW. Faraday has been pretty silent on social media for over 2 weeks. Last X/Twitter or LinkedIn post was December 1st.
