The dynamic duo of Faraday Copper and Arizona BLM are getting pretty good at bending the rules.
As you all know the recent Faraday Copper NOI approval was questionable at best and criminal at worst. Now Faraday is telling BLM one thing and their investors another.
In a recent interview Faraday Copper’s CFO Graham Richardson stated they currently have one drill rig operating and plan to add a second. That’s a problem.
You see, when Faraday submitted the NOI application, it clearly stated one drill rig at a time. Below is the snippet from the recently acquired NOI application.
But Graham has no issue letting the investment community know they plan on adding a second drill rig, a direct condritiction to what they told BLM. This would increase the (free) ground water pumping to 140,000 (free) gallons a month. Did we mention the water was free. Below is the clip from the CFO’s interview regarding adding a second drill rig.
For those of interested, a copy of Faraday NOI application can be found here and the full MP3 of Graham Richardson’s interview can be found here.
