Looks like wells aren’t Faraday’s strong suit.
As early as November of 2022, Faraday was notified that one of their 2 wells was unregistered and the other was not registered for industrial use. See below

Some time passed, but in an email from June 29 2023 there is STILL mention of an illegal/unregistered well. See below

In another email dated June 29 2023 the question of why groundwater recharge wasn’t discussed in a previous meeting was addressed. It was also declared that it was unknown what aquifer the unregistered “Hendrickson” well was in. Water usage estimates were also identified. See below.

Another June 29 2023 email shows there is still no registered well on the Hendrickson parcel.

An email on July 12 2023 now mentions a new second well on the Hendrickson parcel called H2.

It was not until an email from September 15 2023 that the Hendrickson well was finally registered with the Arizona Department of Water Resources. See below.

Was water pulled from this unregistered well for Phase 1 (completed October 2022) and Phase 2 (completed June 2023) drill programs?
If it was, is that legal?
