They have submitted their letters of appeal and requests of stay regarding Arizona Bureau of Land Management’s approval of Faraday Copper’s Exploration Project.
Letters chock full with examples of Arizona BLM’s complete disregard for procedures and processes that are meant to protect our public land. A lack of oversight and accountability that is all too familiar in the Lower San Pedro River Valley.
