Faraday’s own data seems to show that they are drilling under BLM land (better yet, there is 1 site that is ON BLM land and drilled in 2 different directions all on BLM land). Below are map views of 9 Faraday drill sites from 2022 and 2023. All data is available from Faraday’s website .
The question, again: is this within the law? Keep in mind, Faraday is awaiting BLM approval to drill on 67 future sites. Phase 1 and Phase 2 were touted as exploration on Faraday-owned land, only.
All maps below show the drill rig location (black marker) and the end of bore (red marker) based on drill azimuth, inclination and total depth of hole. Here is an example of the data used.

The first 2 maps below show the biggest offenders. 009 and 010 are the same drill pad, but 2 different bores. 100 percent on our public land, from start to finish!
