So Faraday Copper posted the “super awesome” updates from their continually changing phase 3 drill program on LinkedIn. And that post was reposted 7 times. 5 of those reposts were by Faraday employees.

So what is this Area 51 that our hole-digging Canadian friends speak of?

The truth of this “miraculous” discovery is that it was found while they were forced to drill on their private land to keep Phase 3 moving along. They couldn’t possibly tell investors they still have not received permission to drill on public land.

Yet they still drilled anyway. Hopefully more news on that soon.

So what is Area 51 and where are they probing?

It looks like Area 51 consists of holes FCD-24-050 and FCD-23-043. It is just west of hole FCD-23-041 and just north of hole FCD-23-042 that were drilled last year. Not far from their Solar Well. See below.

What is the current state of Area 51 with all that stellar “potential”? Below is a photo from a visit on March 1st.

Doesn’t look like a lot of activity to us.

Here is Faraday’s press release for Area 51. In it Captain Paul states “The team is gaining a better interpretation of the geology in Area 51 and further drilling is planned as part of the current Phase III drilling program”

With holes 47, 48 and 49 conveniently not being reported and the press release saying “further drilling is planned”, It reminds us of the Junior Miner Playbook, which warns that junior miners 1) claim they “need more drilling” and 2) report on only select holes of drill intersections (the ones with the best results).
